Three accidents have taken place this morning as overnight snow has made for difficult driving conditions.
A car ended up on its roof between Innerleithen and Walkerburn but the woman driver escaped without injury.
On the A7, a car left the road two miles north of Galashiels at 7.27am, while five minutes later, a vehicle hit a tree just north of Stow.
No-one was injured in either of the A7 accidents.
All schools in the Borders are open but two rural school bus services had to pick up pupils from the main road.
