A HAWICK woman who had two bust-ups in the street with her former husband has been ordered to be of good behaviour for the next three months.
First offender Anne Little, of Branxholme Road, admitted shouting and swearing at the taxi driver in the town’s Buccleuch Road on January 27. She also breached a bail order by making threatening remarks in Princes Street, Hawick, on August 15, and also sending him offensive text messages.
At Selkirk on Monday, Sheriff Mhairi McTaggart took into account the 46-year-old mother-of-three’s previous good character and ordered her to go out of her way to avoid any contact with her former husband of 25 years during the next three months.
