A van driver has escaped serious injury after his vehicle rolled following a collision with a car on the A699 near St Boswells.
The incident occurred at 6.45am on Wednesday, one mile from St Boswells.
The Ford Transit van collided with a Honda Jazz before overturning. The driver managed to get out the vehicle unaided.
He was taken to hospital for treatment.
The road reopened at 11am.
