WHEN police called on Charley Brown at her Galashiels home just before midnight on Thursday, she wasn’t there – despite being on a 7pm-7am curfew.
Living in Croft Street with her grandmother, Brown, 19, also had to sign in every day at Galashiels police station – and when she turned up at 4.35pm on Friday, she was arrested. On Monday, Brown was remanded in custody.
