A Peebles company has obtained exclusive UK rights to technology which has been proven to increase online sales by over 30 per cent.
Albion Interactive Solutions is the sole distributor of OutSphere 360+, a unique photographic system that allows online customers to move items on screen almost as if they were in their own hands.
Paul Nicolson and Chris Ludwig, founders and directors of Albion, initially tested the product with Solid Stamps where its introduction increased sales by 30 per cent.
Barrington Sports were early adopters and their online sales of sports shoes have risen by 35 per cent.
Paul said: “This product gives websites a real edge. We have just started working with Rugbystore, which is the largest online rugby specialist in the UK, whose customers will now be able to view products online from every angle.
“Securing such a high profile client was achieved with help from Business Gateway Borders.”
Chris added: “Their strategy workshop helped Paul and I focus on the type of businesses we should be targeting and gave real impetus to our marketing plan.”.
