A Hawick man who fraudulently obtained more than £5,000 from a disabled man, had sentence deferred until April 8 for reports at Selkirk Sheriff Court on Monday.
Allan Muir, 57, of Trinity Street, admitted forming a fraudulent scheme to obtain money between April 13 and June 17 last year.
Muir illicitly obtained the PIN number and used a bank card belonging to a disabled man to obtain £5,120 by fraud.
