A HAWICK teenager has denied a total of 22 charges, mainly involving spray painting property in the town’s Eildon Road and Burnhead Road.
Christopher Rodgers, 16, of Eildon Road, pleaded not guilty to breaking two windows at Burnfoot Community School on October 10.
He is also alleged to have stolen two cans of spray paint from an address in Eildon Road on October 22 .
In addition, he is accused of 17 counts of spray painting vehicles, a wall, a fence and a hedge in the two Hawick streets.
It is also alleged he entered an insecure car in Galalaw Road, Hawick, and stole a satellite navigation system.
His trial is on April 18 with a pre-trial hearing on March 18.
